Q: What if the table I want is out of stock?
A: Items that are temporarily unavailable will be marked. You can reach out to us for restock timelines or alternatives.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we will do our best to assist with changes or cancellation.

A: We proudly ship across the United States.

Q: How long does delivery take?

• Processing & Packaging: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: 3–10 business days depending on your location

You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer furniture assembly?
A: Some dining tables arrive partially assembled. If assembly services are available in your area, we will provide options at checkout.

Q: What if my table arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Reach out within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace or resolve the issue immediately.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
Customized dining tables are final-sale unless defective.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Q: Can I exchange my dining table?
A: Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items.
If you’d like a different style, you can return the original item and place a new order.
